John A. Stroh

John Stroh has been with Sharpnack Bigley since 1982. Prior to joining the firm, John received his B.A. in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, Masters degree from Butler University, and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, cum laude. John is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. John has received the highest peer-review rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized in America’s Best Lawyers. John is a member of the Bartholomew County Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council. John is currently or has been active on the KidsCommons Board of Directors, Columbus Human Rights Commission as a Commissioner, First United Methodist Church Board of Trustees and other church boards, United Methodist Foundation of Indiana, Columbus Area Arts Council, Columbus Enterprise Development Corp., Columbus Museum of Art and Design, Inclusive Community Coalition, Columbus Express Soccer Club, and District 11 Legal Aid Board of Directors. John is married to Beth Stroh and has two children, Mary and Dan Stroh. John’s non- legal interests include family, music, worship planning, and reading.
